A free local visibility audit. Twenty-two points, on your actual listings.
Not a report generated about a business we have never looked at. Your real Google Business Profile, your real feed, walked one item at a time, with you in the room, anywhere in Thunder Bay.
No charge, and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. Nine of the twenty-two are written out in full on how to check your own listings, if you would rather run them yourself.
The twenty-two checks, in five blocks, in this order for a reason.
Concrete first, then the one that stings, then the surprise. Most of the first two blocks a machine can read straight off your public profile. The rest we check by looking. Two of the twenty-two only you can answer, and both are marked. That is why this is a conversation and not a form that emails you a PDF.

Only you can answer those.
Whether messages actually get answered when someone writes in, and whether you personally hold the admin login on your own Google listing, your own Facebook page and your own website.
That second one is the most expensive thing on the list when it is wrong. If the answer is a former employee or an agency you stopped paying, that is the first job, and it is the first job whether or not you ever hire us.
Because plenty of the fixes are things you can do yourself in an afternoon, and you should. We would rather be the people who told you than the people who charged you to be told.
If some of it is worth handing over afterwards, that is a separate conversation and you can have it later or not at all.
